We will also collect a wide range of log information related to your usage of the Service for the purposes of monitoring, debugging, and improving the Service.

We use third party Software and services such as Google Analytics and Crashlytics to collect and analyze how people use our Service. These tools help us improve our Service.

User Communications

We may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team including, but not limited to, your email address. We may use your email address to contact you later with updates about any requests you submit, with information about related features, offers, promotion and other announcements or to request your feedback.

We will also receive and store your email when you subscribe to Rooster newsletters and marketing communications. This process is completely opt-in and you can always opt-out of receiving future e-mail messages and newsletters by ending your subscription as per instructions within the newsletter.

In other words, we don’t like junk mail either. We’ll only contact you when you expect to hear from us, or when we believe that there is value for you in such an interaction with us. Any contact details that we store will not be abused or sold.
